National hard cover book  publications Innovative and inspirational experience gained with the highest company profiles, serving royalty, celebrities and high ranking politicians, with a varied repertoire and professional manner and organizational skills, and food design skills have enabled production off  highest quality product and standards always to an international level. 

Wayne  brings a wealth of International experience that encompasses working in New Zealand, Australia, Beilize, Malaysia, Zanzibar, Seychelles and the UK. This includes opening a resort in Central America through to owning his own fine dining restaurant.

 Un - like many Chefs Wayne has worked in a good cross section in the hospitality
sector from Fine Dining Restaurants, Large scale  Banqueting, Catering for
International Rock Stars and Bands through to cooking for Royalty from Different Countries and 4 and 5 * Hotels, so can address any properties requirements and needs.
