Gecko Consultancy can offer ready made operating systems that can assist in the daily running of your business from cleaning through to prep sheets, stock control, ordering sheets and daily GP analysis sheets. We can adapt any system to meet your personal requirements.
Staff Training and Devlopment:
As a certified Trainer in two Countries as well as Advanced food safety Certificate we can offer training from KP through to head chef level. We can offer support to develop first time head chefs and train them in regards to help control the kitchen from a culinary degree through to financial control and procedures
Menu Design and Recipe Devlopment:
We can offer menu development and design, standardised recipe sheets, food preparation sheets and mise en place lists. Also we can provide onsite training to your staff on implementation of the menus and recipes. With this comes standardized recipes which include detailed food product specifications, ingredient amounts, portion sizes, detailed production methods and procedures and photographs to ensure kitchen consistency and profitability.
